Common questions
Will you damage my door or lock?
Most lockouts are opened without damage. If a lock has to be drilled or replaced, we tell you first.
Should I rekey or replace my locks?
If the locks work well, rekeying is cheaper and stops old keys from working. Replacing makes sense if they're worn, broken or you want better security.
Do you need proof that I live there?
Yes. For lockouts we ask for ID or other proof of address before we open a door. It protects you as much as us.
